You will combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and grow your local client base. As a retail tax professional, you’ll perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist with software support, while building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Reside within the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.
