You will source passive candidates, visit locations, manage pipelines, and analyze recruiting metrics to improve results. Strong relationship skills and a data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience in retail or high-volume environments.
• Strong ability to identify passive candidates and build talent pools.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS systems and recruiting databases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for retail positions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates across locations.
• Visit retail locations and competitors to identify potential talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual/in-person interviews, and evaluate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the process and provide clear reports.
