Job summary

Rogers Enterprises, Inc. in Matteson, IL is seeking a Display Assistant to support in-store signage, displays, packaging, décor, and events across our store network.

The role emphasizes organization, creativity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This non-exempt position pays $15.00 - $18.00 per hour and offers opportunities to work with Marketing to ensure visuals align with campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, distribute, and track signage, display materials, and promotional assets across store locations.
• Order, inventory, and distribute packaging program supplies.
• Support execution of event materials for Grand Openings, Bridal/Trunk Shows, Restyle Events, and other initiatives.
• Assist in sourcing and developing elevated décor and visuals aligned with seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure projects are executed accurately and delivered on time.
• Partner with Marketing to align in-store visuals with promotional strategies.
• Communicate with internal teams to maintain timelines and standards.
• Identify gaps or challenges early and provide timely solutions.
• Assist with post-event reporting, recaps, and process improvements.
• Support new store openings, relocations, remodels, and closings as needed.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and brand consistency. This position plays an important role in ensuring our stores are visually compelling, fully supported, and aligned with promotional and seasonal campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate, distribute, and track signage, display materials, and promotional assets across store locations.
