Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training required or preferred.
• Experience as a tailor for menswear highly preferred.
• Solid technical sewing skills and knowledge of sewing equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to perform all basic and advanced alterations for men’s tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to understand alteration requests.
• Mark, alter, and press garments to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Provide wardrobe enhancement suggestions based on customer needs.
• Maintain clean and organized tailor shop and assist team members.
• Size customers accurately and collaborate with management.
