Job summary

Home Service Oil Co & express mart is hiring a Retail Systems Coordinator to maintain item, pricing, and promotional data across all Express Mart locations. You will support inventory accuracy through audits and resolve pricing and system discrepancies.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with vendors and store teams in a full-time, in-office environment. Proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate item, pricing, cost, vendor, and promotional information within the retail price book system.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to obtain and update UPCs, product information, and store item changes.
• Analyze product additions, deletions, cost changes, and pricing exceptions; recommend price changes and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up and maintain retail promotions, coupons, and loyalty promotions with third-party providers as needed.
• Monitor invoice exceptions and communicate unresolved discrepancies to supervision.
• Support store teams with price book and retail system issues; research and resolve pricing and POS problems.
• Assist with promotional signage updates and ensure brand standards.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive retail processes.
• Create, schedule, and maintain company social media content related to products and deals.
