Job summary

Home Service Oil Co. seeks a Retail Systems Coordinator to maintain retail item, pricing, and vendor data across all express mart locations. The role supports pricing accuracy, promotions, and inventory audits, ensuring timely information for store teams and leadership.

In-office, full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour. Responsibilities include price book maintenance, discrepancy resolution, and collaboration with vendors and departments to implement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with convenience store, retail, merchandising, inventory, or price book operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Experience with inventory auditing or retail receiving processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain item, pricing, cost, vendor, and promotional data in the price book system.
• Analyze additions, deletions, cost changes, and pricing exceptions; suggest price changes.
• Set up and maintain retail promotions, coupons, and loyalty promotions with third parties.
• Monitor invoice exceptions and communicate discrepancies to the Supervisor.
• Provide price book and system support to store teams for pricing issues.
• Update product images, pricing, discounts, and promotions in signage templates.
• Research inventory discrepancies and identify corrective actions with teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve retail systems, price book, and inventory processes.
• Maintain data accuracy across retail systems and assist with system changes.
• Create and manage company social media content for products, deals, and opportunities.
