Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to reinforce a customer-focused, product-driven sales culture at Arlington Highlands.

You will assist customers, handle stock and stockroom organization, and contribute to smooth store operations. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and teamwork, plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, including standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, stores, tags and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensures new products are merchandised timely.
• Enters receiving docs, reconciles invoices, and handles store transfers.
• Manages stockroom materials and signage.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alerts management to cash supply needs.
• Assists with visual directives and signage placement.
• Supports boutique cleanliness and organization.
• Models MAPS principles to deliver omni-channel experience.
