Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. Highland Village is seeking a Support Associate to help drive a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stocking, and stockroom organization while ensuring items are properly ticketed and replenished for the floor.

The role emphasizes MAPS personal service, teamwork, adaptability to technology, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. Prior stock or cashier experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position and flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, store stock, ticket items and organize stockroom for replenishment.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on time.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
• Manage visual materials, signage, and stockroom hardware.
• Assist with pricing changes and markdowns.
• Monitor cash supply needs and alert management as needed.
• Support with visual directives, floorsets, and signage placement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of boutique areas.
