Job summary

Tory Burch in California is seeking a flexible retail teammate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, act as a greeter, runner, and cashier, answer phones, and help ensure smooth product flow with an amazing team of professionals.

You must have 1–2 years in retail, be available for overnights/evenings/holidays/weekends, and be able to lift 40 lbs. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones
• Understanding and executing operational policies and procedures
• Packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room to support product flow
• Support the smooth running of the store with an amazing team of professionals
