Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a dedicated retail associate to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and help maintain stock room organization.

Open availability including evenings, holidays and weekends is required; ability to lift up to 40 lbs is expected. 1–2 years of experience preferred, with benefits such as employee discount and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist at checkout; maintain store standards.
• Answer phones, escalate issues per policies, and support daily operations.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room for product flow.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver retail excellence.
