Job Title: Retail Supervisor - Part Time at PUMA Group

Your Mission:

  1. Provide high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  2. Ensure store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability through effective planning, expense control, and sales strategies.
  3. Assist in recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing employees.
  4. Manage payroll and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
  5. Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and Assistant Store Manager.
  6. Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  7. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
  8. Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.

Your Talent:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear.
  2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and handle complex issues.
  3. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  4. Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  5. Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay ranges from $19.50 to $22.50/hour plus bonus and benefits. Pay may vary based on experience and skills.
