About The Role

You will support the store leadership team by performing assigned functional tasks. As a role model, you will support selling behaviors and task execution in your area of expertise. Your focus will be on leading processes, maintaining productivity, and ensuring goals are met. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will model and teach behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Treat all customers and employees with respect, fostering a positive environment.
• Educate customers about our loyalty programs to promote customer loyalty.
• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors, role modeling these with every customer to provide an exceptional experience.
• Support sales leaders during non-peak hours, focusing on the customer.
• Collaborate effectively with employees to complete work tasks efficiently.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening and closing checklists, supporting work before or after store hours.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all standards.
