Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a Retail Supervisor in New Orleans to lead store teams, drive guest satisfaction, and hit sales goals. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

In this role you’ll oversee daily floor operations, merchandise displays, and inventory programs, while promoting a positive team culture and delivering memorable service to guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for Retail Management.
• Proven leadership with team-building and development focus.
• General problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• POS knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff dynamics to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure location teams are setup and coached.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
