Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail leadership role.

• Oversees day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient operations and store procedures.
• Supervise department to ensure profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and coaching, modeling professional behavior.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain standards and ensure adherence to procedures and quality, resolving issues.
