Job summary

WSS is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Santa Ana, CA to support store management, supervise Team Members, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires leading stock and non-selling duties while enforcing policies and store standards.

The Supervisor acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, driving results and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale, and Time Keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver sales plan.
• Coach and develop Team Members to meet KPIs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on the sales floor, parking lot and back office.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and payroll-related tasks.
• Motivate Team Members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Ensure knowledge of merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
