• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods, lifting light to moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive sales.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and support team to exceed goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory and process shipments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
