FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Training for our Newbury Street location in Boston. The role starts at $21.00 per hour and offers a clear path to promotion every 3 months based on performance.

You will lead a team, ensure brand and service standards, and support sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will train staff on fitting room and cash wrap, manage inventory, and uphold visual and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
