Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan in Oxford, Michigan is seeking Entry Level Managers for a Full Time Retail Supervisor role at our Oxford Store, located at 190 S. Washington.

The position pays $19 per hour with a 20% discount on in-store purchases and monthly bonus potential. You will supervise store staff, open and close the store when needed, handle cash procedures, and deliver customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of general retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policy and procedures.
• Strong management skills are preferred.

located at 190 S. Washington, Oxford, Michigan.

$19 an hour plus20% discount on in-store purchases.

The opportunity to learn Goodwill's Mission! Assist in the supervision of store staff. Open and Close the store in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and train store staff.
• Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.
• Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling.
• Deliver good customer service.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Appropriately handle customer concern/complaints.
• Stock and return merchandise per company directive.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed.
