Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking motivated individuals for Part Time and Full Time Cashier positions at our Oxford, MI store located at 190 S Washington. Pay is $16.00 per hour with a 20% employee discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties include operating the cash register, maintaining accuracy, and assisting customers with a smile. Benefits and accommodations are available as part of the application process.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a cash register and process sales per policy.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and conduct sales-related functions as directed and according to policy, procedure and job standards
• Maintain cash register variance to Goodwill’s acceptable margin of error rate
• Run 3 racks of clothing to sales floor per hour
• Smile and engage with customers in a friendly manner
