Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan seeks an Entry Level Manager for a Retail Supervisor role at our SAGINAW Store, 4675 Bay Rd, Saginaw, MI 48604. The position pays $17.00 per hour with a 20% employee discount and monthly bonus potential.

Career advancement is available through the Goodwill Academy for growth within the organization. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining donor and customer relations, organizing displays, and helping meet sales and margin goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of general retail experience.
• Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policies.
• Must be able to work full-time with all shift availability.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for 6–8 hours.
