Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Yonkers attraction. You will guide the Retail Team to deliver memorable guest experiences, manage merchandising and inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

You will coach staff, support recruitment and training, and help meet sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment that blends retail and guest attractions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality, visitor attraction, or similar customer-focused environment.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational success.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering world-class guest experiences every day.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service, sales, and operational goals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the Retail Team.
• Drive retail performance through effective merchandising, inventory control, and sales initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to revenue growth across retail operations.
• Manage guest concerns professionally and ensure effective guest recovery when needed.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, visual presentation, and operational compliance.
• Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and staff utilization to meet business needs.
• Support stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment processes, and stock takes.
• Act as a Duty Manager when required, helping oversee the daily operation of the attraction.
• Foster a positive, fun, and guest-obsessed team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Comfortable using retail systems, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
