Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist who helps customers select products that match their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will guide styling, create complete looks, and teach customers how to incorporate Kate Spade pieces into their wardrobe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment with strong selling skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide styling advice to create complete looks.
• Understand customer needs and guide purchase decisions.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Encourage repeat visits through excellent customer service.
• Share product knowledge across Kate Spade categories.
