Job summary

Nintendo of America Inc. is seeking an Intern for Retail Category Management to contribute to the in-store experience at partner retailers in Redmond, WA. The 10-week, 40-hour-per-week onsite program (June 14–August 20) offers mentoring and cross-functional exposure within the merchandising team.

The role involves space planning, fixture design support, and planogram-driven insights, with a focus on learning retail marketing and data analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3.0+ GPA.
• Currently enrolled in a college/university with conferral between May 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Digital Retailing, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to merchandising development and in-store space planning at partner retailers.
• Support assortment planning and retail marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data to inform planogram recommendations and campaign strategies.
