Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in a specialty retail store.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.
• Ensure store graphics, pricing and space management are effective.
• Replenish fixtures and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Train and develop Sales Associates on visual merchandising.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences aligned with LEGO Brand values.
