Job summary

Safeway is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers, stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays and pricing throughout the shift.

You will also assist with inventory, operate basic equipment, and adapt to changing tasks across departments while staying active in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ or 18+ depending on role requirements.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Stock shelves and rotate products; update pricing or signage.
• Maintain backroom organization and store standards.
