Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ in some roles).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters with training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays and signage.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist with inventory and ordering processes.
• Operate equipment safely and move between tasks and departments as needed.
