MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor for the Eureka store. You will supervise staff, ensure great customer service, and manage daily store operations in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year retail management or related Goodwill experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, teamwork.
• Leadership skills: decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, strong problem-solving.
• Comfortable with workplace technology like registers, scheduling, and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and train assigned staff and ensure tasks are performed.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure donor/shoppers/staff retention and resolve issues quickly.
• Coach employees on performance, including discipline up to termination.
• Assign daily duties to achieve operational tasks with independent judgment.
• Identify employees for advancement based on proven performance.
• Protect company property and data; report theft or misuse to management or HR.
• Follow all agency policies and values.
