Job summary

UNITED FASHIONS OF ARIZONA INC is seeking a Store Supervisor for Melrose in Nogales, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards and safety in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, training team members, managing merchandising, and assisting with loss prevention. You will report to store management and promote teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of supervisory experience in a similar retail environment, or a minimum of 6 weeks as sales/cashier at Melrose.
• Promotion requirements require a promotion request form for those under 45 days of employment.
• Bronze & Silver stores require 18+ years old; Gold & Platinum require 18+ years and out of high school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure quality customer service.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and supervise team members.
• Train employees and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards, safety, and loss prevention measures.
