Timberland is seeking a Sales Lead to join our retail team. You will model the voice of our brand, engage customers, coach associates, and help drive store sales while upholding our values of authenticity and teamwork.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, achieving targets, and supporting store leadership. 1 year of related experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is valued as well. This is a part‑time position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related retail experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment while coaching associates.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
