Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Provide actionable feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a supervisor.
• Regular interaction with customers to provide high level of service and adhere to policies.
