Sugared is seeking a Project Manager to lead new store development from inception to completion, blending construction know-how with procurement duties. You will coordinate with real estate, design, permitting, operations and closeout teams, travel ~30% for site walkthroughs and turnover.

Requirements include 2–4 years in construction management, strong communication, and proficiency with G Suite. You will work on corporate initiatives across Santa Monica and other locations, benefiting from a

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in a construction management environment or related trade.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency with G Suite for documentation and reporting.

Mansioni

• Set up and manage projects on the PM platform, internal server and shared docs.
• Coordinate site investigations among landlords, agents and architects.
• Input data for buildout budgets with D+D team and GCs.
• Create and distribute bidding documents to GCs.
• Manage landlord approvals for design, construction and signage.
• Coordinate signage proposals, permits and installation dates with vendors.
• Order, track and deliver owner-supplied items (FF&E).
• Perform punch list walkthroughs with GCs and close items.
• Set up in-store technology during turnover visits.
• Ensure timely submission of estimates, invoices and payments to partners.
