Job summary

NAPA in Sacramento is seeking a Retail Impact Store Project Manager to lead store remodels, expansions, and new constructions. You will set up teams, direct workflow of set-up coordinators, and oversee safety programs on site to ensure projects finish on time and within scope.

The role requires strong project management experience in retail, ability to travel 50–75%, and excellent collaboration with store planning, merchandising, and outside vendors.

Qualifications

• 2 years of project management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with store set-ups, planograms, and fixtures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Review store plans with planning department and verify fixture placement.
• Coordinate system installation and vendor deliveries for store setup.
• Lead on-site teams, ensure safety training and compliance during setup.
• Provide end-of-project reports and update planograms.
