Job summary

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division in Dubuque, IA is seeking a motivated Retail Store Processor to sort, tag, price, and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet daily production goals. This part-time role pays $15.00 per hour and offers 20–28 hours per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Training is provided: paid instruction on store procedures, ongoing coaching from store leadership, and opportunities to develop retail and customer

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
• Receive trucks and assist to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
