Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager within a CVS/pharmacy store in Florida to drive store execution, performance, and customer service. You will lead a store team, supervise staff, manage operations, and support the Store Manager with improvement plans.

The role requires full-time availability with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Excellent customer service skills and strong leadership are essential to build loyalty and store success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
