Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, highly complex location.

• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to maximize profitability and maintain brand standards.
• Review and interpret profit and loss statements to identify improvement areas.
• Manage inventory integrity and cycle counts across the store.
• Assist General Manager with HR and loss prevention matters as needed.
• Supervise cash handling and coordinate with corporate finance for reporting.
