Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager for a CVS/pharmacy store. You will lead store execution, supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive customer service to build loyalty. Under the Store Manager, you will implement policies, plan actions, and foster a productive team.

The role requires full-time hours, flexibility including early mornings and weekends, and the ability to respond to urgent issues. The pay ranges from $19 to $29 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
