You will oversee Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, manage store operations, planograms, inventory cycles, and compliance, while modeling Ulta Beauty's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Lead scheduling, realignment, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes to optimize store performance.
• Coach and develop team members, provide feedback, and ensure ongoing training to improve performance.
