Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager in Bloomington, MN to lead a high-performing team, drive top-line sales, and oversee store operations, inventory and compliance. You will coach a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, ensuring excellence in guest experience and execution of company standards.

The role requires 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management, strong financial acumen, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: top-line sales, reporting, payroll budgets, and expenses.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate talent; drive change.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and controllable costs.
• Use forecasts and budgets to inform scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Review financial and operational reports and respond to findings.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of managers and staff.
• Manage inventory life-cycle processes, planograms, and shipments.
