Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and fixtures for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and cash deposits/receipts; assist loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; ensure associates follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and neat presentation.
