Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a high-volume environment. You will drive profitability, maintain inventory integrity, and supervise HR and loss prevention activities.

The role requires ensuring safety, brand standards, and exceptional customer service. You will optimize scheduling, payroll, and budget adherence while developing associates and maintaining strong communications with corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and develop associates.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and review profit and loss statements to identify improvements.
• Utilize POS and inventory systems; manage cycle counts and inventory integrity.
• Assist GM with HR, loss prevention and budget adherence; supervise cash handling.
• Ensure safety, brand standards, store presentation and housekeeping.
• Lead customer service excellence and peak-time staffing coverage.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll processes and disciplinary actions as needed.
