Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Greet customers politely and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support directives related to store activities and compliance.
• Maintain attractive displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and payroll/scheduling tasks.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets and cash; enforce company policies.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Create a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
