Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Montgomery, Illinois. You will assist with daily store activities, help organize merchandise, and ensure the floor and stockroom meet company standards.

This role requires strong communication, customer service, and team leadership skills as you work with the Store Manager to train, supervise, and develop store associates while maintaining a safe and welcoming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Support Store Manager in training, supervision, and development of associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockroom, shelves, and displays.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and protect store assets.
