Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for our South Paris, Maine location. You'll lead the team, supervise daily operations, and ensure top-notch customer service while managing inventory, cash controls, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), retail experience, strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to train staff and work with company standards. The role requires hands-on leadership and occasional outdoor duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Competence with computer systems for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to meetings.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and site image.
• Maintain professional relations with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff to ensure service, image and marketing standards.
• Organize site files and reports and ensure timely completion.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Safeguard cash handling and financial procedures.
• Work mostly indoors with some outdoor duties like parking lot and pumps.
