Cash America Pawn is hiring a Store Manager Trainee in Harlingen, TX. The role targets candidates with at least six months of store management experience and involves leading store staff, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop talent, manage loans and inventory, and uphold FirstCash standards. The job includes a pay mix of hourly wages plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Store Manager Trainee will work 45+ hours a week.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company channels.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and proper documentation.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
