Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train staff to meet company standards.
• Proficient in basic computer use and reporting (inventory, cash control, notices).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks and ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image and manage scheduling within company guidelines.
• Communicate with team regularly and conduct meetings with Market Manager as needed.
• Organize files and reports, ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Analyze daily sales/expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
