• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and organized.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to maximize service.
• Supervise and apply fair management practices for staff.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and handle complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and assist in cost and profit management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
