Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Supervisory skills for equipment, tools, and materials listed in related job descriptions.
• Computer skills for report analysis, inventory control, cash management, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for work-related travel.
• Proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, and organization.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and supervisors.
• Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site appearance.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices.

Site Relationships

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote a safe and positive community image.

Training and Development

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site standards, and safety.

• Maintain organized files and reports.
• Oversee stock display and pricing.
• Ensure employment posters are accessible.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and merchandise margins.
• Safeguard financial transactions.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor duties for cleaning and maintenance.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
