Baker Pool & Spa in the St. Louis area is seeking a Retail Leadership Trainee to become our next Store Manager within 18–24 months. This is a career-track opportunity designed for ambitious, coachable professionals.

You will learn high-end retail sales, master product knowledge in hot tubs and wellness, and support showroom operations while building leadership skills alongside senior management.

Retail Leadership Trainee and Future Store Manager

We are not hiring an assistant. We are developing a future Store Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Learn high-end retail sales and customer experience

Physical Requirements
