STORE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

As our enthusiastic and hardworking Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and directing the daily operations of the store.
  2. Developing strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet profitability goals.
  3. Maintaining good relations with customers, donors, and the community; resolving complaints efficiently.
  4. Scheduling staff to ensure proper coverage and conducting team meetings.
  5. Supervising employee performance, conducting interviews, and onboarding new staff.
  6. Providing training on store policies and procedures.
  7. Managing store maintenance, inventory, and processing goals.
  8. Handling cash, banking, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  9. Attending and leading store and district meetings to communicate policies and updates.
  10. Implementing safety and loss prevention measures.
  11. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with POS and cash handling.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers, and donors.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
  • Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects, and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and work with or without reasonable accommodations.
SCHEDULE

Our stores operate 7 days a week. Work schedules are flexible and determined by management. Full-time staff may work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure adequate coverage.
