Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
• Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Coach and train staff
• Maintain good relations with customers, donors, and the community
• Address personnel issues in coordination with management and HR
• Ensure store standards, inventory, and safety protocols are maintained
• Oversee back room processing and cash handling
• Implement loss prevention measures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience
• Experience with POS and cash transactions
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Background check clearance
• Effective communication skills

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive motion tasks

Schedule

Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
